Dr. Sam Clellen is originally from Shaker Heights, Ohio, where his upbringing instilled a passion for helping others. Growing up, he was an avid athlete, lettering in both hockey and baseball in high school. After completing his undergraduate studies at Ohio University, he continued his hockey career, then ventured to Barry University in Miami, Florida, for his podiatric medical education.
