Dr. Mulhern is a Pennsylvania native having grown up in Delaware County. After achieving a Bachelors of Science Degree in Biology with a Certificate in Secondary Education from Marywood University in Scranton PA, she went on to study at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia PA. After completing her medical education she completed a 3-year Podiatric Medicine and Surgery residency program with the added rearfoot certification at Geisinger Community Medical Center in Scranton PA and a 1-year intensive reconstructive foot and ankle surgical fellowship at Coordinated health in Allentown PA.
Dr. Mulhern joined Martin Foot and Ankle in 2015. She has extensive knowledge in all areas of foot and ankle surgery, but with special interest in ankle and hindfoot procedures and elective reconstructions including total ankle replacement. She is the assistant Director of the fellowship program at Martin foot and ankle. She lectures often on the Regional and National platforms for the profession and is engaged in several educational and oversight committees for both the local and national surgical societies. Dr. Mulhern lives in Mannheim Township with her daughter and her two dogs. She enjoys reading, traveling, spending time outside, attending sporting events and catching up with friends!
