Dr. Strus specializes in surgical and conservative management for foot and ankle pathology including but not limited to bunions, flat feet, arthritis of the foot and ankle, congenital deformities, sports injuries, and diabetic foot and ankle conditions. She is fervent about finding the correct diagnosis and formulating an individualized treatment plan for her patients. Dr. Strus has been passionate about healthcare and helping individuals with medical needs from an early age. She has served on medical missions abroad in Nicaragua and Guatemala, as well as domestically in Philadelphia, and continues to pursue helping underserved populations. She is currently seeing patients in the Lancaster and Lititz Martin Foot and Ankle locations and operates at Physicians Surgery Center, Penn State Lancaster Medical Center, and University of Pennsylvania Lancaster General Hospital. Dr. Strus resides in Lancaster with her husband, son, daughter and two dogs. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, reading, and listening to true crime documentaries.
